Description

  • Assist recruitment team with candidate sourcing, application screening, and interview coordination to support talent acquisition efforts
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth employee transitions
  • Help organize and execute employee engagement activities including team-building events, feedback collection, and culture-building initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality compliance
  • Assist in preparation of HR reports, presentations, and analytics to support strategic decision-making processes
  • Support administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management and HR operations
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR workflows and employee experience
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that align with company goals and employee development objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support people-related initiatives
  • Learn and apply HR best practices through mentorship and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Assist with compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to employment regulations and company policies
  • Support employee communication efforts and help maintain positive workplace culture initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Available to complete minimum 486 hours of internship/OJT required
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and data management
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and contributing to collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive attitude with initiative to take on additional responsibilities and learning opportunities
  • Experience organizing events, activities, or group initiatives in academic or volunteer settings

Hiring journey

Our recruiter will set a schedule to discuss about the company and revalidate the information you submitted. Then, we will discuss the details for the Step 2 and schedule Step 3.

The recruiter will provide links for the general assessment (for all roles) and instruction for the online technical assessment (for tech roles).

Applicant will discuss their work from the technical assessment with the technical team and/or the hiring manager will conduct the final interview.
