Intern, Product Marketing Management

Summary

BluChaos is seeking an ambitious Product Marketing Management Intern to support the product marketing function across lifecycle stages—from discovery and positioning to enablement and demand generation. This role offers exposure to market and competitive analysis, go-to-market planning, messaging, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Demand Gen teams. Description

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
  • Assist in developing product messaging, value propositions, and buyer personas tailored to target segments
  • Support creation of marketing collateral, content, and case studies aligned with product launches and cadence
  • Help plan and execute go-to-market activities, campaigns, and demand generation programs in collaboration with Marketing and Sales
  • Collaborate with Product Management to translate customer feedback into product requirements and release notes
  • Support enablement materials for Sales, including training decks and product briefs
  • Track performance metrics and prepare basic analyses to inform strategy
  • Maintain accurate marketing databases and collateral libraries with attention to data integrity
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize marketing workflows and campaign effectiveness
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that align with company goals and customer development objectives
  • Learn and apply best practices in product marketing through mentorship and hands-on experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations related to marketing communications
  • Support external communications efforts and help maintain positive brand and product perception

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Available to complete Minimum 486 hours of internship/OJT required
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to tailor messaging to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, analytics)
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market activities
  • Familiarity with product marketing concepts such as positioning, messaging, pricing, and packaging
  • Ability to synthesize customer insights into compelling content and collateral
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Marketing-related internships, coursework, or project experiences
