Summary
BluChaos is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager I to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative, user-focused software products. Description
Support the development of product strategies that align with organizational goals and address user needs.
Assist in planning product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
Gather insights from user feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
Write clear and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that guide development teams.
Participate in product testing to ensure releases meet quality standards and user expectations.
Analyze product performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
Take part in all phases of the agile software development lifecycle – from ideation to UI design, planning, prototyping, development, user testing and analytics
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
Up to 2 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, or technology. Fresh graduates with strong project leadership experience are welcome.
Familiarity with product development processes, wireframing tools (Figma, required), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
A growth-oriented attitude with a passion for learning and delivering value to users.
