BluChaos is seeking a motivated Associate Product Manager I to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative, user-focused software products. Description
- Support the development of product strategies that align with organizational goals and address user needs.
- Assist in planning product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
- Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives.
- Gather insights from user feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Write clear and detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) that guide development teams.
- Participate in product testing to ensure releases meet quality standards and user expectations.
- Analyze product performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly update stakeholders on product progress, challenges, and successes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and user needs
- Take part in all phases of the agile software development lifecycle – from ideation to UI design, planning, prototyping, development, user testing and analytics
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Economics or related field
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in product management, project management, or technology. Fresh graduates with strong project leadership experience are welcome.
- Familiarity with software development/SQL, product development processes, wireframing tools (Figma, required), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- A growth-oriented attitude with a passion for learning and delivering value to users.
- Knowledge of software testing practices and frameworks
