Description
- Assist recruitment team with candidate sourcing, application screening, and interview coordination to support talent acquisition efforts
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth employee transitions
- Help organize and execute employee engagement activities including team-building events, feedback collection, and culture-building initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality compliance
- Assist in preparation of HR reports, presentations, and analytics to support strategic decision-making processes
- Support administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle management and HR operations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance HR workflows and employee experience
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives that align with company goals and employee development objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support people-related initiatives
- Learn and apply HR best practices through mentorship and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Assist with compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to employment regulations and company policies
- Support employee communication efforts and help maintain positive workplace culture initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Available to complete minimum 486 hours of internship/OJT required
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and data management
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and contributing to collaborative team environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
