BluChaos is seeking a talented Product Management Intern to join our Product team. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing to help define and prioritize features, gather requirements, and support product launches. Description
- Assist in gathering and prioritizing product requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across teams
- Support market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to inform product decisions
- Help define product roadmaps and release plans, tracking progress and reporting status
- Create and maintain product briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development
- Participate in user research activities and synthesize findings to influence features and UX
- Support the preparation of product metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership guidance
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure timely and successful feature launches
- Contribute to process improvements in how product requirements are gathered and communicated
- Participate in cross-functional product reviews and decision-making sessions to align on priorities
- Learn and apply product management best practices through mentorship and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Assist with compliance-related activities and ensure adherence to company policies as needed
- Support external and internal communications related to product updates and initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Available to complete minimum 486 hours of internship/OJT required
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate user needs into actionable requirements
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document creation and data management
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a collaborative product team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge in performing product discovery, market research, or requirements gathering
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product lifecycle concepts
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly
- Interest in technology trends, user-centered design, and data-driven decision-making
