Description
- Support Account Executives in creating and managing sales funnels for new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential leads and target markets
- Gather, analyze, and visualize sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and business cases for potential clients
- Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and prospect information
- Support the development of sales collateral, product demos, and marketing materials
- Conduct preliminary outreach to potential leads through email campaigns and social media
- Participate in client meetings and sales calls to learn relationship-building techniques
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product positioning and sales strategies
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align sales strategies
- Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for Account Executives
- Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics
- Support sales operations tasks including forecasting, territory planning, and performance tracking
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize sales efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a Bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- Available to complete minimum 486 hours of On-the-Job Training (OJT) required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of sales processes and business development concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present insights clearly
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated with eagerness to learn about sales and business operations
- Basic understanding of technology products and digital solutions

- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies
